Please join us for this book event celebrating Matthew Ruddick’s new biography of The Funkiest Man Alive, RUFUS THOMAS!

We will have a DJ playing Rufus’ best-known songs, deep cuts, and other Memphis dance hits. The author will give a short reading and then be available for signing books. Soul & Spirits Brewery will be on hand to share the newest version of their “Green Onions” beer brewed especially for the Stax Museum’s 20th anniversary.
